Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of PDFalot Premium subscriptions from PDFALOT Proprietary Limited, a company incorporated in South Africa with registered address Gladstone Drive, Panorama, Durban 4125 ("PDFalot", "we", "us").

1. 30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your initial PDFalot Premium purchase. If you are not satisfied with Premium for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date.

2. Renewals

Subscription renewals (monthly or annual) are billed automatically at the start of each new billing period. You may cancel at any time from your account to stop future renewals; you retain access to Premium until the end of the current paid period. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once the new billing period has begun, except where required by applicable law.

3. How to request a refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles refunds. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and locate your order using the email address used at checkout, or
• Contact us at support@pdfalot.com and we will assist you with the refund request through Paddle.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and typically take 5–10 business days.
